OHIO (WOIO) –

Police agencies report that as of 3:00 p.m. Friday, the 911 phone problems have been fixed.

As of Friday morning, calls made from a land line phone to 911 were not able to be processed due to a state wide outage.

Many state and local agencies worked to fix the problem.

This outage was related to a cut fiber cable and affected multiple carriers.
