SHAKER HEIGHTS, Ohio – The woman charged with disorderly conduct in the RTA uppercut incident that went viral was sentenced Tuesday.

Shidea Lane was given a 30-day jail sentence, but 27 of those days were suspended with the remaining jail time to be scheduled followed by a two-year probation.

Lane, who is now pregnant and engaged, will also have to pay a $250 fine and court costs as well as take anger management classes.

The infamous fight involving Lane and Rapid Transit Authority of Greater Cleveland driver Artis Hughes on Sept. 18, 2012 was captured with cellphone video.

Earlier this month, Hughes was sentenced to pay $1,000 fine and take anger management classes. He was also given a 90-day jail sentence with 87 days suspended under the condition there would be no similar incidents during his two-year probation period.
