Seventy-five Cleveland patrol officers have been found in violation of departmental rules and regulations for their roles in a deadly November chase.

City of Cleveland officials will hold a news conference at 10:30 a.m. Friday with more information.

In June, one supervisor was fired, two demoted and nine others suspended following disciplinary hearings about their involvement.

Cleveland Police Chief Richard McGrath said the 104 police patrol officers who played some role in the chase would be reviewed.

The Nov. 29 chase ended when officers fired 137 shots at a car, killing Timothy Russell and Malissa Williams.
