Police said they have found a missing woman and her son safe Tuesday morning.
At around 1 a.m., a call came over the scanner to check 22-year-old Alexis Kennedy’s home.
At 4:40 a.m., Cleveland police confirmed Kennedy and her son Christopher Hawkins were found safely at home.
Kennedy and her 5-year-old son Hawkins had reportedly last been seen in the 600 block of E. 128th Street in Cleveland on Aug. 24, according to the Northeast Ohio Missing Persons Database website.
A missing persons report was filed last Saturday in hopes of them being found.
