Indians relief pitcher Chris Perez plead no contest to a misdemeanor drug abuse charge in Rocky River Municipal Court, Tuesday morning.

He was found guilty and sentenced to probation, will speak to Rocky River students and he must pay a $250 fine.

His wife, Melanie, will be back in court on September 24.

Perez and his wife faced misdemeanor charges for possession of marijuana, after police said two packages were delivered to their home in June.
