19 Action News sat down with Cleveland City Councilman Zack Reed and we also spoke with voters who soon will help him win or lose his seat on City Council.
19 Action News Investigative Reporter Scott Taylor asks “Some people would say you are an idiot because you did 1, 2, and 3 and you didn’t learn from the first time when you were stopped for that first DUI.”
“I wouldn’t say I didn’t learn. I learned,” answered City Councilman Zack Reed.

Some voters in Ward 2 are happy to see him heading to the slammer.
“He did need to be punished and I think it was fair,” comments Jonathan Dew.
