SOUTH EUCLID, Ohio – A new Walmart Supercenter will open at Oakwood Commons in South Euclid at 1868 Warrensville Center Rd. on Oct. 16.

Robert Kadlubowski, who started his career with Walmart gathering carts while in college, is the store’s new manager.

“I really look forward to the opportunity to lead the team in this beautiful new store at Oakwood Commons,” Kadlubowski said in a press release. “The opening of this store will give our customers what they’ve been wanting for a long time, more selection, more convenience and a better overall shopping experience. The Walmart Supercenter at Oakwood Commons will bring to South Euclid and neighboring communities the convenience of one-stop shopping with a full grocery and our everyday low prices.”

The new Walmart replaces the store at Severance Center. The move to Oakwood Commons will enable Walmart to offer customers a full grocery line including fresh produce, bakery goods, deli foods and household supplies. There will also be a pharmacy.

“The savings and convenience the Oakwood Commons Walmart has to offer is a big deal,” Kadlubowski said. “We’re here to save people money so they can live better, and I’m proud to be a part of it all.”
