The Cleveland Browns were hoping to end on a high note Sunday at FirstEnergy Stadium. Cleveland faced Chicago in their last home game of the season, but the Bears had a different plan in mind.

The Bears took their opening possession right down the field, but Jay Cutler’s pass was tipped and picked off by Tashaun Gipson. The Browns took over and Jason Campbell led the Browns to a field goal and a 3-0 lead heading to the second quarter.

The Browns and Bears were tied at 10-10 at the half after an interesting second quarter. The Bears tied the game at 3-3 early in the second after the Browns’ defense surrendered a Robbie Gould FG.

Cleveland regained the lead on a Jay Cutler interception, his second of the game. Gipson picked it off and returned it for a TD to give the Browns a 10-3 lead. It was Gipson’s first multi-interception game of his career and first NFL touchdown.

Chicago tied the game late in the quarter when Cutler drove the team down the field and hit Brandon Marshall for the game-tying TD.
