CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) –
Cleveland Clinic Doctors say fast thinking co-workers save a man’s life by using an AED, automated external defibrillator.
The portable electronic device automatically diagnoses the potentially life threatening cardiac arrhythmias of ventricular fibrillation and ventricular tachycardia in a patient, and is able to treat them through defibrillation.
On Monday, Dec. 9, an employee at Morrison Products on S. Waterloo Road went into full cardiac arrest.
