Season 1 of Oxygen’s hit reality series “Preachers Of LA” drew to a close last month, but still remains an ever-present hot topic among many.
Since the shows debut back in October we’ve seen many public figures voice their opinion on the controversial reality series starring Bishop Noel Jones, Bishop Clarence McClendon, Pastor Wayne Chaney, Bishop Ron Gibson, Pastor Jay Haizlip and Gospel singer Deitrick Haddon. And the latest to chime in on the show is Gospel icon Kirk Franklin.
During a recent concert in Detroit, Michigan Kirk revealed while performing his hit song “Give Me” :
“Anybody tired, you want the show to end,
Get those artist off stage, and let church begin…
Then he went on and made the statement that made the whole audience go wild:
“You will never see your boy…On Real Preachers of L.A”.
