CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) –
The frigid blast of winter weather caused major problems for the RTA on Tuesday.
By Tuesday’s evening rush hour, Red Line Red Line East Side service is running between Windermere to Tower City. Buses continue to serve Red Line WESTBOUND for the time being.
The Waterfront Line is now served by buses.
East side Red Line service is running at this time.
