CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) –
Cleveland Police are investigating a murder suicide at MetroHealth Medical Center in Cleveland.
Around 4:40 p.m. on Thursday, officers responded to the hospital after 58-year-old Terry Johnson shot herself in the head. She was an outpatient at the hospital.
Then at 11:30 p.m., hospital security found 61-year-old Donald Johnson dead in the passenger seat of a white Kia in the parking garage. Johnson had been shot and is believed to be the husband of the woman who shot herself inside.
