ELYRIA, OH (WOIO) –
Recovery is going well for the kitten found frozen to the ground in Elyria on Monday.
Shelly McDonald with the Friendship Animal Protective League tells 19 Action News that the kitten, lovingly named Frosty, is showing health improvements daily.
Frosty is now able to open his eyes, which were previously plagued by an infection. He is also eating and drinking well.
“Things are progressing,” McDonald said. “He will probably go back to the vet tomorrow (Thursday).”
