PARMA, Ohio – The Shoppes at Parma officials announced Wednesday that the next phase of the property’s redevelopment will begin in the spring.
Work is scheduled to begin in the spring on the renovation of the exterior of the existing strip center anchored by Marc’s.
Construction workers continued the demolition of the former Macy’s department store building.
Mall owner Phillips Edison & Company wants to create a pedestrian-friendly, family-oriented environment that will act as a town center for Parma residents and the region.
