It is not known which locations will be affected, including ones in Ohio and the Greater Cleveland area.
(CNN) – Radio Shack is planning to close as many as 1,100stores.
That’s nearly 20-percent of all of its locations.
The electronics retailer reported sales at stores open at least a year fell 19 percent in the last quarter, which included the holiday shopping period.
