The father is currently held on bond up to $10,000 after police pulled him off of his son.

 

HOUSTON –

A father is facing charges after accusations that he beat his son at the boy’s middle school.

Christopher Levy has been charged with injury to a child.

Investigators said Levy pulled the boy out of class after a parent-teacher conference at Forest Brook Middle School on Wednesday, then hit him repeatedly.

Quinaya Devaughn said the boy is her cousin and she saw the altercation during lunch time.
