Selfies might be the fad of the 21st century but retired General Colin Powell proves that it is old news!
Powell wrote on his Facebook page, ”Throwback Thursday – I was doing selfies 60 years before you Facebook folks. Eat your heart out Ellen!”
He posted the message along with a snapshot of himself back in the 1950s decked out in a suit, button-up shirt, vest and slacks with a fresh haircut. We’re thinking Powell might have been a ladies’ man back in the day!
