GARFIELD HEIGHTS, OH (WOIO) –

Friday, Navada Williams was charged with animal cruelty, animal abandonment and filing a false police report.
Animal Warden Ed Jamison says Williams actually tried to call the dog in as a “stray.” Jamison also says that another boxer dog was removed from her home, apparently in better health.
