MIDDLEBURG HEIGHTS, OH (WOIO) –
Cuyahoga County Sheriff Deputies shoot a suspect at a home in Middleburg Heights.
This happened while they were serving a warrant on Sheldon Road around two p.m. Tuesday.
Police say the suspect shot at them with with a 22 caliber rifle. A deputy returned fire, killing the suspect.
The deputy is a veteran who did two tours in Afghanistan.
