GARFIELD HEIGHTS, OH (WOIO) –
The owner of an emaciated boxer found wandering the streets of Garfield Heights during a snow storm has managed to avoid her first court appearance.
Navada Williams was scheduled for an arraignment on Wednesday morning, but instead, Williams has faxed in a not guilty plea.
Her next court hearing will be a pre-trial, but a date has not yet been scheduled.
