GEAUGA COUNTY, OH (WOIO) –
A Geauga County Judge has approved a settlement for the families of three students killed in the February 2012 shooting at Chardon High School.
The family of the student gunman has settled with the families of Demetrius Hewlin, Russell King, Jr. and Danny Parmertor.
Each family will receive about $899,000. 19 Action News has learned attorneys will get 40% of that settlement.
