CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) –
The Cleveland Division of Police Sex Crimes and Child Abuse Unit is currently investigating an incident involving endangering children.
Investigators are asking for the public’s help in identifying and locating the mother of two children who were left alone on May 28, 2014.
On May 28, 2014, cops responded to 1710 Prospect Avenue, the Salvation Army/Harbor Light, for two children left unattended. When they arrived, they were told that a black female, in her early 30′s, approximately 5’4″, 140 pounds, checked into the shelter at approximately 2:00 a.m. with two very young children. They were given a room.
At approximately 9:00 a.m., workers went inside the room and found the two children, a one year old little boy and a three week old little girl, alone.
