The Republican National Convention’s Site Selection Delegation will be in town tomorrow.
The committee is visiting the four final cities vying to host the 2016 Republican National Convention and first on the list is Cleveland, OH.
Travel dates are as follows:
Cleveland: Monday June 2nd – Wednesday June 4th
Kansas City: Wednesday June 4th – Friday June 6th
Denver: Monday June 9th – Wednesday June 11th
Dallas: Wednesday June 11th – Friday June 13th
The 13 member committee will look at technology, venues, hotels, hospitality, security and transportation. They will also meet with city leaders to talk about their bid.
A convention could bring in $200-300 million dollars to the city.
