Great Lakes Truck Driving School in Columbia Station, OH, is hosting a job fair July 17 from 2-6 p.m.
More than 65 companies will attend to fill an immediate need for truck drivers, equipment operators, along with oil and gas workers. Companies attending the job fair will be seeking experienced workers, as well as assisting those who are looking to begin a new career.
Some of the companies hiring at the event are Baker Hughes, FedEx Ground, Ohio Department of Transportation, Giant Eagle,Cleveland Coca Cola Bottling Company,Lowes, Waste Management, and more. A full list of employers can be found online.
OhioMeansJobs representatives will be at the event to provide information about training grants for high-demand industries.
Job fair guests can also register to win a free Class A CDL Training Course. The winner will be selected during the event.
Jobseekers are encouraged to bring a resume and be prepared to fill out applications.
