family day 2
Browns Family Day was a huge success Saturday at InfoCision Stadium in Akron. Thousands were on hand to get their first looks at this year’s Cleveland Browns team.
The event had a college atmosphere to it similar to a spring game. It featured tons of activities suitable for the whole family. Fans had the chance to ride a zip line, dunk a Steelers fan with a football, get his or her face painted and much more. The Browns also had a band out in front of the stadium as fans walked in.

The game itself featured a dominate performance by the defense. They forced three interceptions and ran two of them back for touchdowns. The first interception was thrown by Conner Shaw and taken to the house by Zac Diles. Linebacker Craig Robertson also intercepted a pass from Conner Shaw, fumbled it on the run back and it was recovered and ran into the end zone by Jacobbi McDaniel.
The highlight interception came from Barkevious Mingo. The second year linebacker picked off Brian Hoyer and had an exciting run back that included a nifty 360 spin move before being stopped short of the end zone.
