Norfolk, VA — It was less than a month ago, when the Gospel Community was informed about the death of Al “The Bishop” Hobbs, Chairman of the Gospel Announcers Guild, and Vice Chair at large of the Gospel Music Workshop of America. It has now been two weeks since his homegoing, but on last night, Thursday (August 28th), tragic news continued to come forward about the Hobbs family.
Hobbs son, Alex Hobbs, lost his life, due to gun fire. According to Local Law Enforcement Authorities, Alex Hobbs died as a result of a gun shot wound.
We ask that everyone continues to keep the Hobbs family and the Gospel Community in prayer during this tough time.
