‘Bible Series’ and ‘Son of God’ producers Roma Downey and Mark Burnett announced Tuesday that they were bringing a new faith-based series to TLC that focuses on people who claim their prayers have literally been answered.
The Hollywood reporter ran a story about the famous couple and their new show and revealed the TLC series will run in six installments. Although not yet named, the focal point of the series will be on the power of prayer and the miraculous testimonies of the answered prayers.
“Mark and I feel passionate about providing projects that show people’s lives in positive and uplifting ways,” executive producer, Downey told Hollywood Reporter, “This is a wonderful opportunity to work with TLC and host a series that will inspire and encourage viewers to remember that even in the worst circumstances prayer can lead to divine intervention.
