Andy Mineo’s latest video “Paisano’s Wylin,” along with a new song he is featured on is the brunt of a wave of new complaints about his Christian “message.”

The Christian community has surely embraced Christian hip-hop in 2014 along with others in the mainstream community. Mineo’s Reach Records label mate, Lecrae, even had the No.1 album on the Billboard charts this year. Despite the overwhelming support received by fans, Mineo is constantly being criticized for his carefree approach to art.

Many in the Christian community are not fond of Mineo’s recent release “Paisano’s Wylin” ft. Marty of Social Club. The songs lyrics are a playful mockery of Mineo’s Italian culture.
