*In April, NBC will pick up the baton from History Channel’s epic 10-part miniseries “The Bible.”

Producers Mark Burnett and Roma Downey explore the aftermath of events following the Crucifixion in “A.D. The Bible Continues,” a 12-week miniseries premiering Easter Sunday.
