Grammy nominated rapper Flame stopped by BREATHEcast to discuss his new albumForward. In an intimate interview on BC NEWS he boldly spoke of God’s truth and offered advice to Christians who want to stay relevant in a secularized American culture.

The Saint Louis native does shy away from speaking the truth of his religious convictions in his eighth album Forward. SPEC, JR and GROC produced the album and Flame wrote all 13 songs.

“As we examine what’s going on in the progressively secularizing American culture the Christian has to think clearly about how are we gonna navigate, how we’re going to exist in today’s times, how we’re going to engage culture without losing the gospel,” the rapper said.
