CLEVELAND, Ohio — Major Howard was just three years old when he was killed in a drive-by shooting nearly nine months ago. Donnell Lindsey, the man police spent months searching for, will be arraigned this morning in the little boy’s murder. He faces charges of felonious assault and murder.
