The massive flooding in Louisiana this month has destroyed the homes of at least 75,000 in multiple parishes and Tina Knowles-Lawson is helping to spread the word about what you can do to help.
The Red Cross announced earlier this week that they’d enlised the help of over 1,000 volunteers from across the country to help with flood relief efforts and Miss Tina also did her part to get involved by donating to the Save The Children Gulf Coast Flood Children’s Relief Fund. She took to her personal Instagram page with a message urging fans to follow her lead and get involved by donating as well.
In addition to daughter Solange Knowles and grandson Julez currently residing in Louisiana, Mrs. Knowles-Lawson’s family is also originally from the New Orleans area.
