CLEVELAND, Ohio — Police have arrested an admitted drug dealer for the murder of Angel Bradley-Crockett, the woman whose body was dumped along Interstate 90 early Monday.

Stephon Davis, 30, is in the Cleveland jail awaiting a court appearance on the charge of aggravated murder.

Davis was arrested about 11:30 a.m. Saturday in the 12000 block of Hirst Avenue on the city’s West Side, according to a statement from Cleveland Police.

Davis pleaded guilty to trafficking in cocaine in 2002 and was sentenced to a year’s probation. In 2003, he pleaded guilty to trafficking in drugs and was sentenced to an additional two years of probation.

Angel’s mother, Patricia Bradley, would not comment Saturday evening on the arrest or whether the family knows Davis.

She released a written statement thanking people for their support and asking for privacy while they deal with the loss.
