CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) – Developing news on efforts to transform a downtown Cleveland park.
Overnight, 19 Action News noticed the lights were on at Perk Park.
The project to renovate the park at East 12th and Chester will cost well over $1M dollars.
This, after a horrific execution-style shooting in the park prompted a safety design change.
Perk Park is scheduled to reopen next year.
