CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) – The Browns vs Jets game had plenty of drama before the game and it was just as dramatic during the game.
This one went down to overtime.
Cleveland Browns and the New York Jets went into overtime tied 20-20.
The Jets got a shot on offense first.
The Browns then had a chance, but a huge mistake for the Browns. Browns wide receiver, Chansi Stuckey got the first down and great position for a field goal, but fumbled the ball. The Jets recovered.
They ended up missing a 53-yard field goal.
Browns escaped. Stuckey is relieved.
The Browns took over on downs but went three and out.
The Jets got another chance. The Browns ended up intercepting the ball in their own territory with 1:52 left in OT.
The Browns had another three and out.
Jets get the ball back and with seconds on the clock, Mark Sanchez throws a slant to Santonio Holmes for a 37 yard touchdown pass. Jets win 26-20 with 16 secs left in OT.
