Wednesday mid-afternoon, FirstEnergy is reporting on its website that more than 29,854 people are without power as a winter storm begins to move across Northeast Ohio.

Parma Municipal Court has had its power restored and so the court remains in session.

Parma police say there is no power on State Road from Brookpark to Snow. Traffic lights are also out on Ridge Road. Some intersections are closed in the city as a result of the power outages.
