The 22-year-old woman accused of running down a crowd at McDonald’s is expected in court Tuesday.

Stacey Matthews’ co-defendant Cedrica Johnson, 23, of Cleveland, is accused of providing false information including a false name to police. She told police she was 22 and her name was Natasha Grayer. A warrant has been issued Cleveland Police for her arrest. Charges against Johnson are forthcoming regarding falsifying information to police.

Matthews and Johnson were indicted on charges of felonious assault and assault. On April 19, 2011, Matthews recruited Johnson to help her confront two females (17 and 19-years-old), both of whom were waiting in line to interview for a position at McDonald’s.

After Matthews drove to the McDonald’s, Johnson got out of the car threatening the victims with scissors. When McDonald’s employees tried to break it up, Matthews got back into her car, reversed it and hit five people: a security guard at McDonald’s; the owner of McDonald’s who suffered swelling and bleeding of the brain, two employees of McDonalds, one of whom suffered a fractured wrist and received staples in the head; and a bystander.
