EAST CLEVELAND, Ohio – GE Lighting’s world headquarters, Nela Park, celebrates 100 years.
To help celebrate its Nela Park location, the company will have a reenactment of GE’s move to the nation’s first industrial park, dedication of a lighting innovation museum, unearthing of a nearly 100-year-old time capsule and replacing it with a new capsule, a major health care donation announcement and remarks by GE and GE Lighting CEOs along with government dignitaries.
The event runs from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., Thursday, April 18 at GE Lighting Institute at Nela Park, GE, Lighting World Headquarters — 1975 Noble Road, East Cleveland, Ohio 44112.
