Son Of God, the first feature film release for Mark Burnett and Roma Downey’s LightWorkers Media, tells the story of Jesus Christ from birth following his incredible journey and examining his crucifixion and resurrection.
Oscar winner, Golden Globe winner, and multiple Grammy winner Hans Zimmer and Lorne Balfe contribute the lush orchestral arrangements with lyrics from Lisa Gerrard while Green’s heartfelt performance of Mary Did You Know and Hillsong UNITED’s Oceans bring passion and majestic celebration to the disc.
The CD is available in stores as well as via iTunes on February 25th, while the movie will be released in theaters across the United States Friday February 28.
