CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) –
Two corrupt former officials of the Richmond Heights Local School District were sentenced to prison Thursday.
Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Court Judge Shirley Strickland Saffold sentenced Dr. Robert J. Moore, 52, the former district’s former Superintendent of Schools, to 12 months in prison.
On April 30, Moore entered a plea of guilty to one count each of bribery and theft in office.
Judge Saffold gave Richard R. Muse, 43, the district’s former Director of Buildings and Grounds, a sentence of 10 months in prison.
Muse pled guilty April 30 to one count each of theft in office and forgery.
