Skipping OTAs in the NFL for a few extra days of rest sometimes gets the side eye, but Stefon Diggs may have dug himself a much deeper hole.

Over the Memorial Day Weekend, the wide receiver was spotted on a boat partying with a bunch of women, including his current fling, Cardi B.

In one video clip, Diggs can be seen talking to three of those ladies before pulling out a bag filled with a pink substance. As the conversation continues, he hands the bag over to one of the girls, who appears to open it as the clip ends. It is unclear what the pink substance is, but social media suggests it was pink cocaine.

Now that the internet has exposed the suspicious boat-riding activities, the New England Patriots, who signed a three-year, $63.5 million contract just three months ago, have seen it too.

While at OTAs, head coach Mike Vrabel told the media that he’s aware of the baggie-passing video and will keep all conversation with Diggs internal, but urges all his players to make good choices, and not just on the football field.

“Any conversations that I’ve had with Stefon will remain between him, I and the club,” he said before Wednesday’s optional practice. “It’s something that we’re aware of. Obviously, we want to make great decisions on and off the field. The message will be the same for all our players, that we’re trying to make great decisions.”

When asked if he spoke to Diggs since the viral video, Vrabel said, “I talk to our players every single day. The ones that are here and the ones that aren’t.”

Diggs’ new home in New England comes after his one-year stint with the Houston Texans, and he was previously with the Buffalo Bills. However, his time in Texas ended after week eight of the season during a matchup against the Indianapolis Colts when he suffered a torn ACL.

Now a member of the new-look Patriots after firing a 4-13 record, Jerod Mayo, Diggs is still rehabbing his knee. Just last week, he participated in OTAs, engaging in drills.

It’s unclear whether Diggs will be available in Week one due to his healing schedule or if he’ll face some consequences over the pink substances on the boat.
