Janet Jackson kicked off her “Number Ones: Up Close and Personal Tour” in Manila, Philippines last Friday. The 40-plus global trek is in support of her ‘Number Ones’ greatest hits album. Some of the classic hit songs performed included ‘Control’, ‘Blackcat’, ‘Together Again’, ‘Let’s Wait Awhile’ and ‘Scream’.
