Browns Rookie Arrested In Avon For Domestic Violence
Cleveland Browns rookie defensive tackle Michael Hall Jr. was arrested last night by Avon Police. Authorities say Hall was picked up for allegations of domestic violence.
FOX 8 reports that the police report claims that Hall and his fiancée were arguing over finances. The argument escalated, resulting in Hall allegedly putting a gun to his fiance’s head.
From FOX 8:
The victim’s mother also witnessed Hall allegedly “…strike [her] on the head with a baby bottle, drag her outside by her arms, choke her by the neck, push her head through a wall…”
The Cleveland Browns released the following statement:
We are aware of the incident involving Mike Hall, Jr. last night. Mike and his representatives have been in touch with the appropriate authorities. We are in the process of gathering more information and will have no further comment at the time. @fox8news
Hall is native to Ohio. He played college ball at Ohio State. He went to high school in Streetsboro.
