LONG BEACH, Calif. — A homeless man suspected of setting a man on fire in a car outside a Southern California convenience store has been charged with murder.
Los Angeles County prosecutors say 38-year-old Raymond Sean Clark was charged Tuesday with murder with special circumstances. He remains jailed and prosecutors will decide whether to seek the death penalty. read more
