The Cleveland Water Department reports that the East 9th Street water main breaks are repaired and water service has been restored.
For the next few days, crews will work to repair the road.
Slow traffic is expected until road work is finished.
One lane is open in each direction on East 9th between Rockwell and Superior Ave.
