The Emmy Awards are right around the corner, and Hollywood’s leading ladies want to discuss more than just what they’re wearing on the red carpet.

The Representation Project, which launched in February 2014 thanks to actress Jennifer Siebel Newsom, was created to point out the underrepresentation of women in positions of power and influence. When it comes to Hollywood, actresses have been subjected to red carpet questions about their fashion and fitness regimen, rather than the work they’re being celebrated for.

Newsom talked to reporters during the Oscars earlier this year about #AskHerMore, a project launched to demand reporters ask women the same in-depth questions as they do the male stars.
