Man posing as water department worker robbing the elderly

 

 The Parma Police Department is currently investigating two burglaries involving elderly victims.

According to Parma Police, the offender in the incidents presented himself as a private contractor working with the water department.

After talking his way into the homes, he had the victims turn on their water in the basement while he allegedly check their faucets. While the victims went to the basement, the suspect would steal the victim’s money.
