Downtown Cleveland Alliance Ambassadors were out in full force Wednesday, working to clear downtown crosswalks and RTA stops.
About 30 ambassadors bundled up and were trying to make downtown safe for pedestrians.
“Well, we wouldn’t be doing our job if we weren’t here for the people. This is what we’re here for,” says Downtown Cleveland Alliance Ambassador Danielle Smith.
“I think it’s really nice. We almost fell going to the store. So, I’m thankful. It’s really nice,” says Gideon Redding.
In 2013, ambassadors spent nearly 2,500 hours removing snow from sidewalks.
