Hindsight is always 20/20. So often, when we look back on our lives, there are things we wish we would’ve done differently. First Lady Michelle Obama admits to some regrets of her own. In an interview with PEOPLE, she shared the advice she’d give to her younger self.
“Stop being so afraid!” the First Lady told PEOPLE, “That‘s really what strikes me when I look back–the sheer amount of time I spent tangled up in fears and doubts that were entirely my own creation.”
