Trump’s administration issued a new rule Friday that allows all employers to opt out of including birth control in their health insurance plans. Why? For moral and religious reasons.

They claim that birth control is a  “substantial burden” to religious people and could promote “risky sexual behavior” amongst teens. Sounds pretty ridiculous, right? When Obama was President, it was mandatory for birth control to be covered by employers. But now, things are changing.

Planned Parenthood spokeswoman Dana Singiser found the announcement extremely disappointing. “If you truly want to reduce the need for abortion, invest in women’s health and preventative care,” she said.

We saw this one coming… see a history of Trump’s sexist comments.
